DISH Network Satellite TV Offer: First-time New DISH Network commercial customers only. Customers must subscribe to a Frontier telephone service. No early termination charge for new Frontier Business High-Speed Internet or Frontier Business Unlimited services with this DISH promotion for customers who currently have neither of these services, unless customer also takes free mini laptop offer. $9.99 per month for 6 months for the following business packages: News and Finance, Entertainment, Kids and Education. Other promotional packages available. Programming offers require participation in DISH Business Advantage with 24-month commitment to minimum qualifying programming. Restrictions apply, including business verification and monthly fees for additional receivers. If qualifying service is terminated prior to end of 24 months, a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of $300 or $12.50 per month for each cancelled month of service will apply. DISH Network retains ownership of equipment. Customers are required to purchase Eligible Commercial Programming for the length of their service period, but are not required to remain active with Eligible Commercial Programming for any defined period of time. To exercise this option, a customer must sign the No Commitment (DBA) DISH Business Advantage Promotion Agreement (the "DBA Promotion Agreement"). HD programming requires HD receiver and HD television (sold separately). Customers must subscribe to qualifying HD programming or a $5.00/mo. HD Enabling fee will apply. Mini Laptop Offer: This is not a Dell offer. Customer pays handling charges and taxes ($45) for Mini Laptop. New Frontier Business High-Speed Internet ("FBHSI") and Frontier Business Unlimited ("FBU") customers only. Other offers available for existing BHSI and/or FBU customers. FBU service is subject to a maximum of 10 lines with unlimited long distance service per customer. Applicable taxes and surcharges will be billed. A two-year Price Protection Plan for BHSI and FBU is required with an early termination fee of $500, reduced by the percentage of the term commitment completed. FBU long distance minutes exclude toll free, 900, international, directory assistance, information services, dial-up Internet calls, telesales and telemarketing applications. Additional non-FBU lines will be charged 5¢ per minute for domestic long distance calling and normal Local Measured Service charges for local calls. If unlimited minutes are used for non-voice calls, Frontier may charge 10¢ per minute for non-voice long distance calls. Customers with usage inconsistent with normal commercial voice applications and usage patterns may be converted to non-FBU service, with charges for local and long distance calling. Static IP's available, separate router required. Electronic or other written contract signature for Frontier services is required. Some Frontier services are subject to availability and may require feature-enabled equipment. Installation options vary and charges may apply. New Frontier customers are subject to credit approval.
