Change or reset your Frontier account password

Online

Sign in to your account. Select My profile.
In the Sign in credentials tile, select the pencil icon next to Password.
Enter your current password, then enter your new password again under Confirm new password.
Select Save.

MyFrontier app

Sign in to the app for Android or iPhone.
Tap More then My account.
Select Change password.
Enter your current password and a new password. Verify your new password.
Tap Update.

These passwords are used to access your Frontier Secure services including Multi-Device Security, Content Anywhere and Identity Protection.

Tips for a secure password

Must be 8 – 20 characters in length
Can’t contain any spaces
Must include at least one number and one capital letter
Can’t contain your user ID, first name, last name or answer to your security question
Can’t include more than 3 of the same letters/numbers in a row
Can’t include 4 consecutive keyboard characters (Example: qwerty33CAT)
